We’re cycling through some ordinary family illnesses here, while I continue to work full time on managing my health. I’ll stay on this clinical trial that I hope will continue to give me stability as I approach the two year anniversary of my cancer diagnosis and beyond.
I’m learning to manage some familiar side effects like a skin rash and reflux but there’s still so much unknown. We’re going to lots of appointments. And I’m here to push Hilde on the swing in the backyard. I’m so so so so so grateful, especially for the privilege to fully focus on myself and my family when everyone around the world is struggling with some sort of pain or uncertainty of their own.
I will press on in my fervent prayers for deliverance from distress and for peace to wash over all of us. I hope you’ll join me.
Thank you for your updates. It gives me hope for my son Daniel. In March it will be a year his diagnosis of stage 4 colon cancer was discovered. I pray for him and you every day. God Bless, Mary Jane Durkin
It is wonderful to learn that you are well enough to do daily activities like pushing Hilde on a swing. Enjoy these days to the fullest. With lots of love and hugs and prayers. 🤗❤️🤗❤️
